  1. Zia Notes summary is available for organizations using the Enterprise or Ultimate editions of Zoho CRM.
  2. Notes summary is exclusively available in English.


Using Zia Notes summary

Accessing the note summary is easy with just a few clicks. Zia Notes summary is automatically enabled for eligible organizations, so there is no need to manually configure or enable it.
  1. Go to the Notes section of the specific record.
  2. Click on the button Summarize note (s).
  3. A pop-up will appear with two summaries:

    1. Last Note Summary: Focuses on summarizing the most recent note, perfect for quick updates or catching up on the latest entry.
    2. Overall Summary: Provides a comprehensive overview of all notes associated with the record. Ideal for understanding the full scope of interactions or information gathered over time.

Best practices

  1. Regular use of Zia Notes Summary can dramatically reduce the time spent reviewing notes, allowing for more time to be spent on actionable tasks.
  2. Employ both types of summaries to stay updated on recent developments and maintain a holistic view of customer interactions or project statuses.
  3. Incorporate summaries into team meetings or reports for efficient sharing of customer insights or project updates.
