Why doesn't Zia analyze my data?
Zia is Zoho's AI driven sales assistant, which uses data mining and machine learning to simplify the sales process. It forecasts the probable outcome of a deal based on the previous activities of the customers. Zia works only when it matches certain conditions.
Conditions for Zia Prediction to work :
Zia prediction works only when there is a huge pile of data. Zia needs minimum of 200 records to analyze the pattern, in which 75 of the records should match the criteria mentioned for the prediction. Prediction may take few minutes to a maximum of 24 hours to analyze all the data. After analyzing, Zia is capable of predicting the outcome of upcoming unknown values. These conditions may vary according to the modules they belong to.
Condition for Zia Recommendation to work :
The fastest way to grow a company's revenue is to sell more to the existing customers. Zia recommendation leverages the power of deep learning to understand the pattern of the existing customers, and recommends other relevant products that might accompany their purchase. Zia provides us with some system defined suggestions such as macro suggestions and workflow suggestions. Customized Zia recommendation works only if there are more than 20 user profiles in that CRM account.
