Walk Score for Zoho CRM
Walk Score helps users find apartments with a better commute, great nearby places, and transportation choices. For each address, Walk Score analyzes hundreds of walking routes to nearby amenities to generate scores for how easy it is to walk, bike, or take public transit to local amenities. With this extension for Zoho CRM, you can see the Walk Score, Bike Score, and Transit Score for any address, right from your Zoho CRM. Use the extension to easily gather scores to promote your properties.
Note:
- The Walk Score is supported only in three locations: Canada, Australia, and the United States.
- The Walk Score extension for Zoho CRM is available in US, EU, CN, IN, AU, CA, SA, and JP datacenters.
Installing the extension
You can either go to the Zoho Marketplace and install the Walk Score extension, or log in to your Zoho CRM account and install it.
To install the extension:
- Navigate to Setup > Marketplace > All.
- Click All Extensions, browse for and click Walk Score.
- Click Install Now.
- Agree to the Terms of Service and click Continue.
- Selection an option in Choose Users/Profiles.
The extension will be installed for the specified users. - Enter the API Key in the Extension Settings pop-up.
- Click Save.

Getting scores
With this extension, one can get scores for addresses from two modules: Leads and Contacts. Please note that the Walk Score is only supported in three locations: Canada, Australia, and the United States.- Open a record in the Leads or Contacts module.
- Make sure the Address Information has a valid address.
- Click Locate Map.
The address will be located in Google Maps. - Fetch latitude and longitude values from the link.
- Under Information, fill the Latitude and Longitude fields with the corresponding values obtained from the link.
- The related information will be updated in the Property Score and Nearby Routes related lists.
- Click the Walk Score webtab.
- Choose an existing lead's or contact's address and get scores of that address.
- You can also enter an address in the search bar to get its scores.
You will be redirected to the Walk Score website, where the scores will be displayed.
Uninstalling the extension
You may wish to uninstall the extension whenever it is no longer needed.To uninstall the extension:
- Go to Setup > Marketplace > All > Installed Extensions.
- Search for the Walk Score extension and click Uninstall.
- Click Ok to confirm.
