Migrating from Bitrix to Zoho CRM

Migration from Bitrix to Zoho CRM is carried out using inbound webhook only. You can initiate the migration by entering the inbound webhook in the instance URL. The entire migration will take place in the backend and you will be sent an email notification once its completed. You can undo or rerun the migration 3 times. 

Create an inbound webhook in Bitrix

To get API token
  1. Log in to your Bitrix account.
  2. Click Developer resources in the left panel.
  3. Click Other on the Common use cases tab.
  4. Click Inbound webhook.

  5. On the Inbound webhook page, in the Assign Permissions section, select the following:
    1. Tasks
    2. CRM 
    3. Users
    4. Online Store
    5. Commercial catalog (catolog)



  6. In the Webhook to call REST API field, select and copy the URL.
  7. Enter this as the instance URL in the API token field.

Migrate data from Bitrix

To migrate data from Bitrix
  1. Go to Setup > Data Administration > Import.

  2. In the Data Migration page, do the following:
  3. Choose Bitrix
  4. Enter the inbound webhook URL that you copied from Bitrix account.

  5. Click Migrate Now.
  6. You will be notified when the migration is complete via a pop-up and an email.

Note
  1. The products associated with the Leads and Deals modules are available only if the user has upgraded to enterprise edition or above. 
  2. A module can have a maximum of 200 subform records with each subform having a maximum of 100 records.
  3. The subforms are available in the name of "LeadProducts" and "DealProducts."
  4. If the "Products" module is disabled in CRM, the migration for Inventory modules and the associated modules to the Products will not be supported.

Check Data Accuracy

After the data is migrated you will be notified through an email. Kindly check if the files are imported correctly into the Zoho CRM account by visiting the Import History (Setup > Data Administration > Import > Import History). Read more about Import history.

If you are not satisfied with the import or field mapping results, you can delete the imported records and re-import.
