List view and saved filters in Zoho CRM iOS app
A list view displays records from a module in a list format, showing relevant data based on pre-defined criteria. Businesses often manage a large volume of records, and finding the right one to follow up on can be challenging. List views solve this problem by allowing you to filter records based on specific criteria.
For example, if you want to see a list of leads that have been converted, you can use the pre-defined "Converted Leads" list view to display this specific data.
Types of list view
- Standard view- Pre-defined views available by default in the CRM, such as "All Leads" or "Converted Leads."
- Custom view- User-created views that allow you to filter records based on specific criteria, such as "leads from New York" or "high priority leads."
Note: Custom views can only be created using the Zoho CRM web application.
Info: After creating a custom view in the Zoho CRM web app, refresh the mobile app to sync the changes.
To filter records based on views
- Open the Zoho CRM iOS app.
- Go to the module where you want to filter records.
- Tap the list view drop-down () menu.
- Select the desired view from the available options.
Advanced Filters
Zoho CRM's advanced filter lets you easily find specific records in a module by applying filters based on criteria like record actions, notes, email status, and more. In addition to system-defined filters, users can also filter data based on fields and see real-time record counts for each filter.
In Zoho CRM mobile, you can use advanced filters that were created and saved in the web version. These filters help mobile users quickly drill down to the exact records they need.
Note: Filters can be created and saved in the Zoho CRM web version. Once saved, these filters can be easily accessed and used in the mobile app.
Scenario:
Imagine you're a sales rep on the go, using the Zoho CRM mobile app. You can apply a saved filter to quickly view high-value leads with recent activity. For example, a filter showing leads with deals over $10,000 and notes added in the last week helps you prioritize follow-ups while out in the field.
Info: The filters you create and save are specific to each view. Make sure to go to the correct view to use your saved filters.
