You will receive screen pop-ups of the incoming calls to know the caller. With access to your contacts' history and information from these pop-ups, you will be more prepared to take the call. You can also add these callers as leads or contacts in your CRM account and even save your follow-up actions (like adding notes, tasks, etc.).

Instead of manually logging the call details, you have them tracked automatically in Zoho CRM. You can even collect details and analytic of your calls any time with the help of Reports in Zoho CRM.
Prerequisite for integrating
Zoho CRM for 7Moor is available for 7Moore Office's Standard, Premium, and Enterprise users.
This integration is available for Standard, Professional, and Enterprise subscribers in Zoho CRM.
It requires Windows XP or above or Mac OS X 10.8 Mountain Lion or above.
Supported browsers include: Chrome 30 (or later), Firefox 25 (or later), Safari 6.0.5 (or later), and Internet Explorer 10 (or later).
To integrate 7Moor
- Go to Setup > Channels > Telephony .
Select 7Moor from the list of telephony providers and click Integrate .
You will be redirected to the 7Moor description page.
Click Enable and in the pop-up, enter the Username and Password provided by 7Moor.
You will be redirected to the 7Moor's App Info page in CRM.
In the Configuration tab, click Associate phone number.
The extension number can be edited and more users can be added from the 7Moor configuration page.
Select the CRM User and the associating phone number from the drop-down list.
Only the users whose numbers have been associated will be able to view the ClickToDial option.
Deleting users and disabling the integration
As an administrator you can remove a user's profile from the configuration. You can also disable the integration with Zoho CRM. Once the integration is disabled, the extension numbers will terminated.
