How can I reset my Zoho CRM account password?
Users with any role can reset their password individually by clicking on the Forgot Password link in the Zoho CRM log in page. Follow the steps given below:
Click the Forgot Password link in the Zoho CRM Sign-in page.
The system redirects you to the Zoho Accounts page.
In the Zoho Accounts page, follow these steps:
Specify the Email ID as mentioned in the Account Information section.
Enter the captcha code as shown in the picture.
Click Next.
Enter any of the last password that you remember with the account and click Verify Password. If not click the Don't remember link.
Click Send OTP, for the system to send an OTP to the registered email ID.
Enter the OTP sent in your email and click Verify.
In the Password Reset page, enter your New Password.
Click Change Password.
Note: In case you are not able to access your email account to reset the password, you can send us a request to reset the password at support@zohoaccounts.com
Do I have to change my Zoho CRM password if I change my Google Password?
No. You do not have to change your Zoho CRM password if you change your Google Password.
I have been deleted from my Zoho CRM account. Can I sign up for another CRM account?
Yes, you can sign up for another CRM account.
