How to change the fiscal year?

The fiscal year settings help organizations configure their fiscal cycle based on the selected fiscal start month. Once the fiscal start month is selected, fiscal quarters are automatically rolled up. By default, the Zoho CRM fiscal start month is set to January.

To set up fiscal year
  1. Log in to Zoho CRM with Administrator privilege.
  2. Click Setup > General > Company Settings > Fiscal Year.
  3. In the Fiscal Year page, select the Fiscal Start Month from the drop-down list.
  4. Choose Start Month or End Month to specify if the fiscal year name should be based on the start or the end month.
  5. Click Save.
Note:
  1. Changing the Fiscal Start Month will affect changes in the new as well as the existing Forecast records.
  2. Changing the Fiscal Start Month will affect the settings configured for Financial Year and Financial Quarter in Reports and Dashboards.

How to change my language, time zone, and date & time formats?

You can change your language, time zone, date and time format and country from the Zoho CRM - Account Settings section. Based on the country locale that you select, the date format will be set automatically in your account. Follow these steps to change the locale information:
  1. Click Setup > General > Personal Settings.
  2. In the Locale Information, click Edit.
  3. Choose the Language, Time Format, Time Zone and Country from the respective drop-down lists.
  4. Click Save.

You can add or change your company's logo by following these steps:
  1. Click Setup > General> Company Settings.
  2. In the Company Details page, click Change below the logo.
  3. Under Company Logo, click Browse Local Files and select the logo.
  4. Click Save.
Note:
  1. The image file size should not exceed 10 MB.
  2. For best results, the logo dimension should be 190 (width) by 65 (height) pixels.
  3. The logo file format should be .jpg / .png / .gif.

How can I add employee details to CRM?

If you want to add employees as users in CRM, you can do so by sending an invite to each employee.
Please note that you will have to purchase the corresponding number of licences (1 license per user).

If you want to maintain a database of all employee details in CRM, you can do so by creating a Custom module. To create a custom module:
Go to Setup > Customization > Modules and Fields > Create a Module.
