How can I integrate CRM with Facebook Ads?

Zoho CRM provides a facility for you to integrate with Facebook Ads via the Facebook Adverts Manager extension that is available in our Marketplace. This will help you minimize the manual operation of fetching data from Facebook ad campaigns and adding it to CRM. The Facebook Adverts Manager extension for Zoho CRM helps you achieve this integration and sync Facebook Adverts, Advert Sets, Campaigns, and Accounts to Zoho CRM. You can use this integration to analyze and measure the success of your ad campaigns from Zoho CRM.
 
To set up the Facebook Ads for Zoho CRM extension
  1. Go to Setup > Marketplace > All
  2. Click All Extensions and search for "Facebook Adverts Manager". You will be able to see all the details of the extension.
  3. Click Install and follow the installation instructions

Is it possible to book appointments in Zoho CRM using Zoho Bookings?

Yes. You need Zoho Bookings, which can be integrated to your CRM account from the marketplace. Let's see how Zoho Bookings can be used in order to book appointments. For example, there is a tour and travels company called Go India Travels. They have various tour packages to different destinations across the globe. W ith the help of the Zoho bookings app , which this company has integrated into their website, a visitor planning for a trip can easily book a slot with Go India Travels to finalise the deal or to have an overview about the trip and offers.





In the above screenshot, you can see that customer details have been auto saved in the contact module with the notifications of the appointment.



The appointment details can also be checked in the Meetings module of Zoho CRM.
Thus Zoho Bookings not only saves the time and effort of booking a schedule , but also auto - populate s the CRM fields.

Booking an appointment from Zoho CRM

You can easily book an appointment from within Zoho CRM . F or example, If an existing contact calls your sales rep to schedule an appointment and email them the booking details, Y ou can easily facilitate that through CRM.
Go to the contacts module and open the contact for which you want to book an appointment. I n the upper left corner you will see Email Bookings 



A booking can be made either via the Zoho Bookings app, from the website where the bookings has been integrated, or from Zoho CRM itself. This will all be reflected in the prescribed modules of Zoho CRM. This makes the process of booking an appointment handy as well as keep all the data at one place. Let's now learn how Zoho Bookings can be integrated into the CRM. Integrating Zoho Bookings with Zoho CRM:
  1. Go to Zoho marketplace and search for 'Zoho Bookings for Zoho CRM' under All Extensions .


  1. Click the Install button to install the extension in your CRM.
  2. You will be taken to a page which contains your details and your installation details. You can edit it according to your needs.


  1. Click Install and you will be taken to another page that will ask for your login details.
  1. Click Continue to Install and you will be taken to another page.


  1. Choose who can access Zoho Bookings in your CRM account. You can select among the given choices. This can be changed later. Choose your preferred users and click Confirm to install this extension in your CRM. A dialogue box will appear.


  1. Authorise Zoho CRM to link with your Zoho Bookings account in order to sync the data. If you do not have a Zoho Bookings account, you can create one by clicking  Signup . Once you authorise data linking, Zoho bookings will be connected to  Zoho CRM.
  1. Click Finish.

Once Zoho Bookings is installed on your Zoho CRM, you need to set it up to start using it on your CRM. You need to choose a module to add new Zoho Bookings customers. In the above screenshot, a tour and travel company called Go India Travels is using Zoho Bookings to auto-add contacts to Zoho CRM.

How do you integrate Zoho Forms with Zoho CRM?

It is possible to integrate Zoho CRM with Zoho Forms in the following CRM editions:
  1. Enterprise
  2. Ultimate
You can use Zoho Forms to build online forms or applications to collect data from your website visitors. When you integrate Zoho Form with CRM, you can also use the fields available in CRM in your forms. You can create and customize your form, add the required fields, and send it to your customers for data collection. You can capture the form submissions in Zoho CRM and pre-populate certain data such as name and email address from CRM in your form.

To enable the integration
  1. Navigate to Setup > Marketplace > Zoho > Zoho Forms.
  2. Click Set up Now.

How can I send mass email surveys using Zoho Campaigns?

To send mass email surveys
  1. Integrate Zoho Survey and Zoho Campaigns with Zoho CRM.
  2. Sync your Zoho CRM contacts list with the Zoho Campaigns mailing list.
  3. In Zoho Campaigns, click Create Email Campaigns > Advanced Campaigns > Survey Campaigns > Zoho Survey Campaigns.
  4. Select the survey to be sent and send it to the CRM contacts mailing list.

How can I add an unknown visitor as a lead? (Zoho Social Integration)

  1. Log into your Zoho CRM account.
  2. Click the Social tab.
  3. In the Social page, go to “All” tab.
  4. On the extreme right, there is a stream of updates from unknown people. “Unknown” simply means that the users have not been added as leads or contacts in the CRM.
  5. To add them as a lead or contact, point the mouse over desired update.
  6. Click the +Add button.
  7. In the window that pops up, click Add New.
  8. Select Add as Lead and fill the Add Lead form
  9. ​Click Save.

Can I use the Creator applications that are shared with me?

You can only use the Creator applications that are shared with you if the owner of the application has given you permission to access them. Once you have the permission, you can use the applications in the Web tab that you've created in Zoho CRM.

What is the "Meet Now" feature?

"Meet Now" is one of Zoho's range of software apps for businesses, which lets you share your desktop with a participant instantly. Let's say you want to share your screen with a contact while discussing a potential deal. In such a situation, Meet Now comes in really handy.

To use this feature from Zoho CRM
  1. Click the Leads/Contacts module.
  2. Click the lead or contact with whom you want to conduct the meeting.
  3. In the Records Details page, click More Actions > Meet Now!
You will be redirected to the Home page of Zoho Meeting, which is Zoho's Web Conferencing app.
  • You can either Create a Meeting by sharing your screen with the participant or join a meeting by clicking Remote Support
  • Follow the prompts on each option to include participants to conduct a meeting.

Is Zoho CRM integrated with the Intercom app?

No. Zoho CRM doesn't currently integrate with the Intercom App.
