How do I make outbound calls using Zoho CRM?

Your Zoho CRM account must have the telephony integration in order to make outbound calls. Calls can be made for the Leads, Contacts, Accounts or any custom modules (with Phone field) in Zoho CRM.
 To make an outbound call:
  1. Click on the module (LeadsContacts, or Accounts).
  2. Click on a record from the list.
  3. Click the Telephone icon next to the phone number you want to call on the Record Details page.
    The call will be initiated with a pop-up screen showing a business card view of the record.

Do I have to pay an additional fee for the PhoneBridge feature?

No, you don't have to pay an additional fee for the PhoneBridge feature in CRM. The PhoneBridge feature enables you to integrate CRM with a PBX client and is available for all the paid editions. Before you start using PhoneBridge, it must be enabled from your Zoho CRM account.
To enable PhoneBridge:
  1. Navigate to Setup > Channels > Telephony.
  2. Click Enable PhoneBridge.
If you try to integrate your PBX system without enabling Phonebridge in Zoho CRM, you will see the error message: ' Admin has not enabled Telephony in Zoho'.
