1. Navigate to Setup > Users and Control > Security Control.
2. Select the desired profile from the Profiles list.
3. Select Others under Extension Permissions.
4. Disable the CRM Mobile Apps Access option.
Once access is revoked, the users with that profile will be logged out of any existing sessions in the CRM app.
If you are using the iOS or Android version of the Zoho CRM mobile app, and firing a button results in a consent popup such as the one below, then it means that your administrator has enabled location gathering via a custom button. You may select "With location info" if you are willing to share your location information. If not, you may proceed to execute the button "without location info" as well.
What happens when you tap the button "with location info"?
- Your current live location will be tracked in your Zoho CRM account in the form of latitude and longitude coordinates.
- Your CRM administrators will know the exact location where you triggered this button.
- These details will be discreetly used as part of your organization's business processes, to compute rewards and insights as per your company's policies.
