Using Feeds in Zoho CRM, you can communicate clearly with your team and share ideas on important business aspects. Feeds also give you updates on the important records that you follow, such as who updated a record and what changes were made to a record. Inside the feeds, all of the status messages, mentions, comments, direct messages, changes made to the records you own, notes you add to records, records you deleted, and more will be listed.
