We're excited about the recent revamp of Zoho CRM's setup page, a change aimed at enhancing your user experience. This document serves as a quick guide to help you navigate the updated features and layout, ensuring a seamless transition.
The redesign focuses on simplified navigation, with a more intuitive setup page that allows for quicker and easier access to features, saving you time and effort. We've also improved consistency and clarity by standardizing naming conventions and reorganizing related features, making the CRM more user-friendly.

Why were the changes made?
Simplified navigation
Our goal is to simplify the process of finding what you require, precisely when you require it. The updated setup page presents a more user-friendly and efficient layout, minimizing the need for excessive clicks and reducing search time. Its purpose is to save you valuable time and improve your overall productivity.
We have made changes to standardize naming conventions, organize related features, and clarify menu structures in this update. These consistent updates aim to simplify navigation and minimize confusion, resulting in a more user-friendly experience with Zoho CRM.
User-centric approach
This redesign has been influenced by the feedback we have received from our community. We've taken into account our users' requirements, preferences, and recommendations and have invested significant effort to develop a setup page that seamlessly integrates with your workflow.
Future-ready
The new setup page is built to accommodate the requirements of a continuously evolving CRM by keeping future enhancements and features in mind.
Setup changes
Here is a quick look at all the changes made.
General
- Users from the Users and Control group have been moved to the General group.
- The section previously known as Company Details has been renamed to Company Settings.
- The Allowed IPs submenu has been removed from the Security Control menu and added to the Company Settings menu.
Please note that this feature will only be available for customers who have the Allowed IPs menu.
Users and Controls
- The Users and Controls group has been renamed to Security Control.
- Sub-menus such as Profiles, Roles, Data Sharing Settings, and Zoho Mail Add-on Users have been removed from the existing Security Control menu (previously found under Users and Controls) and are now separate menus—Profiles, Roles and Sharing, Zoho Mail Add-on Users—respectively, within the Security Control.
- The Zoho Directory group's menus have been moved to the Security Control group.
- The Audit Log has been removed from Data Administration and added to Security Control.
Zoho Directory
- The Zoho directory group has been removed.
Channels
- Webforms are now available under the Channels group. Previously, it was available under Developer Space.
- Signals have been removed from Channels.
- The Unsubscribe Link submenu has been removed from Webforms and added as a submenu in the Email menu.
Customization
- Marketing Attribution has been relocated to Customization from Automation.
Automation
- The menu options have been reordered for this group.
- Marketing Attribution and Segmentation menus have been removed from Automation.
Process management
- CommandCenter has been moved from Process Management to new Experience Center group.
Experience Center
- This is a new group that has been added to our setup categories.
- Segmentation has been relocated to Experience Center from Automation.
- Signals has been removed from Channels and added to Experience Center.
Data administration
- Copy Customization is now available under Data Administration, having been relocated from the Customization group.
Marketplace
- A new menu called Extension Builder has been added to the marketplace, which redirects to https://sigma.zoho.com.
Please note that this feature is only available for admin profiles and the US DC.
Developer Hub
- The new name for Developer Space is Developer Hub.
- Zia Voice has been removed from the new Developer Hub.
- The SDKs menu has been combined with APIs and renamed to APIs & SDKs.
- Zoho CRM Variables has been renamed to Variables.
