Brevo

Install the extension

You can install the Brevo extension either from Zoho Marketplace or from within your Zoho CRM account as follows:
  1. Go to Setup > Marketplace > All. All the installed extensions will be listed.
    Click
     All Extensions and you can view all the extensions supported by your CRM edition.
  2. Under All Extensions, browse for and click Brevo.
    The details about the extension will be available.
  3. Click Install.
  4. Agree to the terms of service and click Install.

  5. Choose one of the following and click  Confirm.
    • Install for admins only - The extension will be installed in CRM for only the users with the administrator profile.
    • Install for all users - The extension will be installed in CRM for all the users.
    • Choose profiles - The extension will be installed in CRM for manually chosen users. Choose this option, click Confirm, then select the desired profiles.
    The extension will be installed automatically for the specified users.

  6. In the pop-up, enter the API Key and click Save.


Note:
  • To obtain your API key, go to your Brevo dashboard, and copy the V3 API.
  • If you skip this step, you can authorize it later from your Setup page. To do so, go to Setup, then under All, select Marketplace. Find the Brevo extension and click Configure.
  • Please note that the Brevo extension for Zoho CRM is available in US, EU, CN, IN, AU, CA, and JP datacenters.

Synchronize Brevo data with Zoho CRM

Data from Brevo can be synchronized with Zoho CRM and vice versa. Before you start synchronizing, you can configure the sync settings from the provided options. You can choose the direction of the sync, select whether to import everything or only specific contacts and campaigns, and ensure that the fields are mapped correctly to keep your records.
To configure your sync settings:
  1. Go to the Brevo module.
  2. In the  Settings tab, select the required sync options
    • Choose Bulk/Selective option in Sync.
      Bulk sync imports all of your
      Contacts/Leads and Campaigns, while selective sync allows you to choose specific contact list to import.
    • The Sync Type can be set to One Way or Both Ways.
      One-way sync brings Brevo contacts into your Zoho CRM modules or vice versa, but not both as in Both-way sync.
    • In Sync Behavior, choose Brevo to Zoho CRM / Zoho CRM to Brevo.
    • Choose Yes/No to Enable Scheduled Sync.
    • In Select Sync Occurence choose Daily/Weekly.
    • Choose Contacts/Leads in CRM Module.
    • Click Save.

  3. Review the sync settings in the Sync tab. 

  4. Click Start Sync button.

View synchronized data   

  1. Click the Campaigns module to view the Campaigns synced from Brevo to Zoho CRM.
  2. The contacts synced from Brevo will be listed in the Contacts or Leads module as per your sync settings. 
Note: Only the "Sent Campaigns" in Brevo will be synced with Zoho CRM.

View the status of various campaigns sent

The SalesSignals feature notifies you of important events related to your Brevo campaigns. To view your SalesSignals notifications, click the Bell icon in the upper right corner of your dashboard.

Uninstall the extension

To uninstall the extension:
  1. Go to SetupMarketplace > All. All the installed extensions will be listed.
    Under All Extensions, you can view all the extensions supported in your CRM.
  2. Browse for Brevo and click the corresponding Uninstall link.
  3. Click Ok to confirm and uninstall the extension.
