Actions performed on records

Creating records

New records can be added to any module of your choice. If you're creating records in the Leads and Contacts modules, you'll also have the option to import from your address book.
 

To create a record

  1. Open the module in which you want to add the record.
  2. Tap the Plus  icon at the top-right and select Add [record].
  3. Enter the details and tap Save.

To import from your address book

  1. Go to the Leads or Contacts module.
  2. Click the Plus icon option at the top-right corner.
  3. Select Import from Address Book.
  4. Choose the records you wish to import.
  5. Tap Import.

    Saving a record to your address book 
    1. Leads
    or contacts that you've added to the CRM can also be saved to your address book.
    2. To Save records to your address book
    3. Open the Leads or Contacts module and select the record that you want to save.
    4. Tap the More () icon and then tap Export .
 

Converting leads
  

Once the lead status has reached a certain stage (i.e. when there's a chance of further negotiations), it can be qualified as a potential. You can then convert the lead into a contact and thereby simultaneously create an account and a potential.
 

To convert a lead

  1. Tap the Leads module. All the leads in the selected view will be listed.
  2. Tap the record that you want to convert.
  3. Tap Convert Lead.
  4. In the Convert Leads screen, specify the necessary details.
  5. Tap Create New Deal to add a deal.
  6. Tap Convert Lead .

    The lead will be converted and available in the Contacts module.
    Alternatively, you can also check the leads you've converted in the Converted Leads view.

Viewing records   

  1. You can switch between various kinds of list views in your CRM account.
  2. To switch between different types of views
  3. Go to any module.
  4. Tap the drop-down list at the top and select the list view of your choice.

     

NOTE: You can also create custom views on the desktop site. They will show up on the mobile app as well.
Editing records 
 

Add new records or edit existing CRM records.

To edit records

  1. Go to the desired module and select the record you wish to edit.
  2. Tap the Edit  icon at the top right corner of your screen.
  3. Make necessary changes and click Save.

Cloning a Record

You can clone a record and edit a few details in it, and further save it as a new record.

To clone records 
  1. Go to the module with the record you wish to clone.
  2. Tap on a record you wish to clone.
  3. Tap the More () icon and then tap Clone.

 

Deleting records
 

Remove records permanently from the CRM, by deleting them.
 

To delete records

  1. Go to the module and select the record.
  2. Tap the More () icon.
  3. Tap Delete .
 

Associating records
  

A record from one module can be associated with various records in another module with the help of a related list.

To associate records

  1. Open the record to which you want to associate another record.
  2. In the Related tab, tap the Plus icon on the related list item which you want to associate.
  3. Enter the details and tap Save.
 

View meetings in month view
 

For meetings, you can view your list of records in three types of views: list view, week view, and month view.
 

To view meetings in month view

  1. Go to the Meetings module.
  2. In the Record List page, toggle between calendar view and list view to see events.
